With a background in building and leading high-level operations, she brings structure, clarity, and consistency to everything Project Next does. From session design to overall experience, Jen ensures that every detail supports the player.
She leads with intention, communicates with honesty, and creates an environment where both players and coaches know exactly what’s expected and feel supported in reaching it.

Greta Teller
Greta creates the connection.
She has a natural ability to build relationships and bring energy to every session. Players trust her, respond to her, and grow because of the environment she creates.
Greta blends competitiveness with fun, structure with freedom—helping players express themselves while still developing the habits needed to succeed.

Lauren drives the development.
A player-centered coach at her core, she focuses on how players learn, not just what they learn. Her sessions are designed to challenge, engage, and build confidence—meeting players where they are and pushing them to the next level.
She brings consistency, energy, and a deep understanding of long-term development, making every session purposeful and impactful.
